Three days in nature and the sea with play, movement, good food and rest.
After the excess of summer we come to the season of fo cusing inwards for the new era. Autumn leads to the Metal element that stabilizes the boundaries between the Outside and the Inside. A fine line of interaction between the two worlds that build a strong Immune System (physical, emotional and Mental). It teaches us the right time in the right place.

We will unfold our inspirative mood in the beautiful space at Oikia Karapanou.
The meeting includes 2 nights with breakfast and half board. We will meet in the coolness of the Garden, between the palm trees and the pistachios trees, at the sea and after sunset around the big table under the pine trees for dinner.
The program includes:
- 7.30-8.30 qi gong therapeutic exercise and movement
- 8.30-10.00 breakfast with a detox juice
- Free time for swimming, walking and whatever else everyone wants.
Optional visit to Ancient Olive valley, the small island Moni for swimming or the Temple of Aphaia. - 18.00-19.30 meeting for inner conscious practice in the energy centers (chakras)
- 19.30-20.00 Meditation at sunset
- 20.00 Dinner for the joy of Togetherness and feedback of the day

The price includes sleep in a double room, half board with breakfast and lessons.
It does not include the cost of travel (1 hour) to and from Aegina (20 euros by conventional ferry or 30 euros by flying boat with a 40 minute journey) and optional activities.

She is Specialist in Face and Body Care, Qualified Shiatsu Practitioner, Qi Gong Teacher, Trainee Certified Focusing Professional (CFP). She combines the knowledge of Traditional Eastern Medicine and Western science during her 20 years of professional experience. She follows Continuing Postgraduate Training (CPD) in Greece and abroad. She coordinates and introduces therapeutic seminars to promote health and harmony.
